Refunds

Refunds are made in accordance with the rules of the tulsibazar store and are carried out:

If you find a product with an expiration date of less than one month before the expiration date of the goods. Shipping cost is not compensated. Funds are returned within three business days.
If you find a product that has expired at the time of receipt of the parcel. Shipping cost is not compensated. Funds are returned within three business days.
If your package is lost during transportation, we will refund your funds in full, but the refund period will take from two to three months. This is due to the procedure for finding the parcel and returning it to India.
